Working for clients in New Zealand - particularly Lower Hutt & Wellington.

 

Sarah has been in practice since June 1998. She has experience in private legal practice, public sector and in-house roles that have involved a wide variety of subject matter, issues and skills. Her most recent position was six years at Trustees Executors Limited as Risk & Compliance Manager (which included being the AML/CFT Compliance Officer). 

 

Sarah is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS). She is a co-author of the latest editions of Nevill's Wills Drafting Handbook and Nevill's Trust Drafting Handbook.  In October 2014, Sarah presented a New Zealand Law Society webinar Trusts: compliance and risk.
